TBH Series True Union Ball Valves

The TBH Series features a low maintenance design with its new patent pending System2™ Sealing Technology for sizes up to 2”(DN50). Sizes 2-1/2” through 6” feature have energized PTFE seats with backing O-ring as standard. All seats are reversible to allow easy field rebuild. Assisting users in protecting property and life, a standard integral lock-out feature secures onto the body of the valve. Actuator ready design with ISO 5211 pattern – on all sizes. Available in sizes 1/4˝ (DN15) through 6” (DN150) in PVC and CPVC materials. The TBH Series are fully pressure rated for 250 PSI / PN16 at 70°F/23°C non-shock up to 2” (DN50). TBH-Z (Vented Ball) Series True Union Ball Valves

The TBH-Z Series (Z-Ball) true union ball valves have a drilled ball to vent gases for sodium hypochlorite service. Available in PVC or CPVC materials with FPM O-rings only and PTFE seats. TB Series GFPP True Union Ball Valves

Available in sizes 1/2” – 2” (DN15 to DN50), the new GFPP-B TB Series features a full port design, with true union threaded or flanged end connections. The valves have a maximum pressure rating of 150psi / 10 bar with threaded (NPT or BSPT) or flanged ends (ANSI150 or PN10), and maximum service temperature of 240°F / 115°C. The GFPP-B material provides excellent impact and UV resistance making it ideal for chemical transfer, corrosive environments, and intense outdoor installations. When paired with Hayward’s HDPE Transition Fittings, it is the ideal ball valve for HDPE systems in rugged environments.

TB Series PVDF True Union Ball Valves

The PVDF TB Series Ball Valve features a true union design with threaded or IPS socket fusion end connections. The ball is molded from PVDF material. FPM seals are standard. Sizes include 1/4” through 1”. All sizes carry a pressure rating of 150psi / 10 bar Non-Shock at 70oF / 23°C. Maximum service temperature is 240°F / 115°C.
