Monarch manufactures replacement slanted or angled strainer baskets in Australia to suit most simplex, duplex and fabricated strainer bodies.

What we make

• Types: Simplex baskets, duplex/change-over baskets, custom fabricated inserts
• Build options: Flat-top, domed/conical, slanted, centre-pull handles, lift lugs, reinforced spine/ring sets
• Perforation: 1.5, 0.8, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 mm (many others on request)
• Mesh liners: 25 µm to 2000 µm, single/double layer, tack- and seam-welded
• Materials: 304/316 stainless (standard), carbon steel, 2205 duplex on request
• Finish: TIG/MIG, micro-resistance mesh welding, pickling/passivation available
• Documentation: MTCs, inspection reports (if required)
