DL Series Multi Cartridge Housing
The DL Series Multi Cartridge Housing is a heavy-duty stainless steel filtration vessel designed for high-flow water treatment and industrial liquid filtration duties where reliability, simple servicing, and consistent performance are essential. With no inherent water wastage, these housings provide an efficient solution for applications requiring large filtration area and strong contaminant-holding capacity—ideal for continuous operation in commercial and industrial environments.
Each DL housing accommodates seven (7) cartridges and is available in three cartridge lengths—500 mm (20"), 750 mm (30"), and 1000 mm (40")—delivering typical flow capacities from 210 L/min to 420 L/min (dependent on cartridge media, micron rating, and water quality).
Manufactured in 304 or 316 stainless steel, the DL Series is designed to accept 64 mm (2-1/2") O.D. Double Open End (DOE) cartridges, providing broad compatibility with pleated, melt-blown, string-wound, and other common cartridge types. For practical operation and commissioning, the cap includes a top vent / pressure gauge port, while raw water and filtered water drain connections are positioned on either side of the sump to support convenient draining, flushing, and maintenance.

Cartridge Filters
Cartridge filters can be used for a wide variety of applications with varied flow rates that require sub-micron retention rating, including food and beverage, chemicals, paint and the filtration of acids and bases. Cartridge filtration can also be a suitable choice for pharmaceutical and ultra-pure water applications.
